JCOC was founded in 2001 with the mission of providing the gem and jewelry industries with fast, efficient, effective, and powerful business and market intelligence about their jewelry products and their respective end-use consumers. JEWELRY CONSUMER OPINION COUNCIL® (JCOC)

The JCOC has at its core three strategic goals:
